Golden Memory Box provides arts & crafts, and other activities that stimulate the senses, specifically for people living with dementia. We aspire to bridge any gap between family members and their loved ones living with dementia through participating in our carefully curated activities together.

Golden Memory Box can benefit anyone living with dementia, as well as their family members and caregivers. Golden Memory Box also makes a terrific gift, as they provide ways to pass the time when visiting loved ones living with dementia.

Each Golden Memory Box includes a practical arts & crafts activity (such as thank you card making kits), a fidget of the month, a sensory stimulating activity (such as bubbles, for blowing bubbles) and QR code for monthly music playlist.

We will ship your order the first Monday after it was placed. For 3 and 6 month subscriptions, boxes will be shipped on the 15th of each month.

With a one-time purchase each box costs $45. With a 3 month subscription each box costs $42 (plus you receive a free fidget blanket 12x24 in) With a 6 month subscription each box costs $40 (plus you receive a free month and a puzzle designed for individuals living with dementia).

When you choose a 3 or 6 month subscription you commit to that number of months with an automatic cancellation at the end of that period.

For sure! They make the perfect gift for a loved one living with dementia. If you are ordering a subscription, select “Yes” under “Is this a gift?,” and we’ll add a kind message to the welcome letter of your loved one’s box. This will let the person know who this wonderful gift is from!

We are still working on providing instructional videos each month. That said, each box comes with picture instructions for each art & craft activity, to help ensure joy and success is achieved by all.

The founder, Kristin Yocum, carefully curates the activities in each box. Kristin’s professional experience, training and passion for caregiving reflects her understanding of the nuanced needs of individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.

At this time Golden Memory Box ships within the United States only. We aspire to offering international shipping and will announce this on the website when available.

Yes, you can order one box at a time. Enjoy it and if needed, you can subscribe to a plan and receive adapted activities each month for up to 6 months at a time.

We recommend around 20 minutes of daily stimulation, and every day, your loved one will have different needs because of his/her mood, desires, or abilities. So the subscription plan is a good and economical option to be sure to have the right activity at the right time.
